2.3 Watermarking

Preview images and unlicensed content may include watermarks. Purchased licensed files are delivered without watermarks.

2.4 Refund Policy

All sales of digital images, prints, and creative services are final. No refunds are available.

2.5 Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid before receiving final edited files or prints. Late payments may delay delivery.

2.6 Session Policies

Policies related to cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, turnaround times, or other session-specific terms are handled through individual client contracts. These terms are not governed by this Website’s Terms of Service.

3. User Data and Privacy

The Website may request personal information for order fulfillment, communication, or gallery access. The handling of personal data is described in the separate Privacy Policy available on www.shanem.org. Personal information is not sold or shared with third parties.

4. User Content
